At PLG Coffee House and Tavern our mission is to provide a warm meeting place for our neighbors in Prospect Lefferts Gardens and Flatbush Brooklyn. All are welcome to our cafe for breakfast, lunch, and weekend brunch. We hope to see you soon.

Who we are.

At PLG we are inspired to serve Prospect Lefferts Gardens and Flatbush great salads, sandwiches, and coffee drinks for breakfast and lunch. We use organic ingredients as much as possible. We have several vegan options and our food is available for Delivery and Pick-up.We serve organic breads from Bread Alone, bagels from Terrace Bagels, and pastries from Colson Patisserie. We brew coffee from Kitten Coffee, a local Brooklyn roaster. We attempt to get as many of our dairy products, fresh fruit and vegetables from responsible, local farmers who treat their animals well, like Battenkill Farm in Upstate NY.Our café is designed to be a welcoming, family-friendly place, where creativity in people and ideas are not only welcome, but valued.Let's be buds.
